Legoland is a young-family park with a short rope-drop window: the Dragon, the driving schools and the playgrounds fill first, and the park is small enough that a good morning covers everything once.
The height ladder barely exists here — most rides accommodate small riders with adults, which is the whole point. The planning question is stamina, not restrictions: naps, shade, and the midday theater show are the real schedule.
Legoland's restrictions are mostly age-and-supervision based rather than height-stick based, and several experiences (the driving school notably) are age-banded. Check the park's own ride pages for the specific bands rather than trusting any third-party summary.
The SEA LIFE aquarium and the water park are separate admissions. The combined ticket is worth it only for a full resort day; the theme park alone fills a family day comfortably.
